As long as your organization is moved to making meaningful change, Chrysalis can empower you with the vision, tools and confidence you need to start building the world we collectively want to live in. Chrysalis’s general suite of offerings includes:

CONSULTING

  • Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) consulting services: Chrysalis Consulting and strategic planning services are also available on an hourly or monthly retainer basis.

  • Allyship Learning Library (ALL): The ALL is the answer to employee requests for materials that empower them in their own exploration of various identity and allyship topics. It is a curated resource list that can easily be translated to your internal Learning Management System or intranet for maximum accessibility.

  • Organizational Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) Audit: Chrysalis can review your organization’s current organizational processes, policies, documentation and procedures and make a range of recommendations for JEDI-focused change.

  • Primer on Logistical, Achievable Next Steps (PLANS):  PLANS are a roadmap of global JEDI best practices mapped to the types of general challenges often encountered in different organizational talent management systems.

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

  • One-on-one and group Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) Coaching: We are experts in coaching on the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Intercultural Conflict Styles Inventory (ICS). We also offer 6-9 month coaching engagements on a one-on-one or a group basis.

  • Empowering Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) Workshops: We deliver off-the-shelf workshops on a variety of justice and equity topics and also offer creation of custom trainings based on your unique needs.

No matter which service you choose, our process involves:

  • Digging deeper into the full JEDI potential of the organizational mission and purpose

  • Co-creating JEDI vision for the future of the organization

  • Collectively recognizing the barriers between the co-created vision and the current reality

  • Collaborating on realistic and achievable actions to bridge the opportunity gap
