About Chrysalis Consulting Collaborative
Chrysalis Consulting Collaborative was born out of the urgency for expertise in justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) in 2020. Our firm is the catalyst that helps organizations to align their JEDI goals with their impact and vision. Because our focus is so personalized, we are able to offer both off-the-shelf and customizable solutions that will meet the transformative JEDI needs of each individual client. “Chrysalis” represents the crucible for your organization’s metamorphosis.
Chrysalis Consulting Collaborative believes that taking thoughtful action on topics of justice, equality and inclusivity in our workplaces and communities will contribute to a wave of cumulative, impactful change. The more models we establish for what’s possible and realistic, the easier it becomes to re-imagine more equitable systems.
About Our Clients
Organizations that are willing to commit to a long-term journey, that are willing to invest the requisite time and resources, and organizations that have an authentic motivation in taking positive action are the gold standard for the type of work that Chrysalis Consulting Collaborative can enhance and empower.
We are inspired by our clients, who can see and want to enact, these possibilities in pursuit of their mission and purpose. The “Collaborative” in our name is a deeply intentional part of this. It is these collaborations that motivate us to keep doing this work, no matter what. Our clients come from a range of industries, but they all have in common the fact that they are nimble enough to efficiently translate recommendations into actions, and that they have internalized the understanding that a JEDI lens will amplify their current mission and impact. As long as your organization is moved to making meaningful change, Chrysalis can empower you with the vision, tools and confidence you need to start building the world we collectively want to live in.
The mnemonic focuses on the radical transformation of a caterpillar to a butterfly. The color highlights the emerging butterfly. The wings comprise of 3 connected C’s on either side and the inner cylinder represents the space of metamorphosis - the chrysalis. Our collaboration is the pupal stage that will help your organization to transform into its beautiful, winged imago - as long as you’re willing to invest the time, hard work and risk-taking that transformation entails.
